Ahh, the beach. Waves crashing. Sun shining. Kids running from one tide pool to the next. Laughing as they splash their little feet in the puddles not knowing how deep they will go. These Beach Moments are the Best!
This is my happy place. It’s where I have moments of nostalgia. These are the same ocean puddles that I splashed in as a kid. Laughing my heart out in the same way my kids do now.
I am reminded to stop and be present. Be in the moment. Feel the warmth of the sun. Splash with my kids. Enjoy their giggles. Watch them as they go on their adventures and roam the same beach I did as a child.
